This site!

This site is all about writing.  Well, writing and movies.  Three things, writing and movies and critiques.  Four…whatever.  It’s about an arbitrary number of things, but mostly movie reviews and other writing work.
For now.
However, the site is for you.  The Reader.  Plain and simple.

Movie reviews are posted as close to the date of viewing as humanly possible.  Only reviews from bodies in chairs will be posted here.

MetaCritic is strongly preferred (over, say, Rotten Tomatoes) due to their rating system and specific requirements for using a numeric score.  Rotten Tomatoes will make up scores based on the wording used by a critic.  Not cool.

Everything else is fair game.

Me!

I’m M. L. Weber.  I write things.  I have a beard.
I also go to the movies on a clockwork basis.  Eventually, enough people told me to write reviews that I thought “Why not?”, coupled the idea with a disbelief in coincidences, and here you are.
Sometimes my friends also write reviews, and they’ll be here too.

Also I needed somewhere to host my fiction writing.  Go figure.
What you see posted are documents that I’m comfortable sharing with the public.  A.K.A. no one’s paid for them.  Yet.
Fiction writing posts may come and go, depending.  Some publishers don’t want writing that’s been hosted elsewhere.
